Establish your training rhythm, learn proper movement patterns, and set your nutrition baseline. The first two weeks are about building the habit of showing up — consistency is the foundation everything else is built on.

Increase Intensity + Midpoint Check-In

Training intensity increases, nutrition is dialed in, and Week 3 brings your midpoint check-in — progress photos, measurements, and a conversation with your coach to fine-tune the plan for the final push.

Phase 3 — Accelerate
Maximum Effort

This is where most people plateau at other gyms. Not here. Accountability ramps up, workouts are at peak intensity, and your coach is pushing you further than you'd push yourself. This is where the results are made.
